Tobacco Europe was developed in 2022 Every month, Tobacco Europe hosts a 30-minute live online session to provide attendees with the latest updates on the industry at EU level. Typically, we cover topics such as the revision of the Review of the Tobacco Products Directive and the upcoming Impact Assessment being carried out by TPD3, the Tobacco Excise Tax Directive, the Single-Use Plastics Directive, but also implications for milestones such as COP and MOP that are directly related to the industry. Particular attention is paid to other news from the "Brussels bubble", for example the work programme of the EU Commission, programmes of the Council Presidencies, changes in the EU Parliament, etc. This monthly platform is a perfect opportunity for attendees to speak up at the end of the session and provide updates they find helpful.
