Vivi Chen is an industrial designer with over 8 years of experience, including work on high-volume smartphone programs with annual production in the millions. Since 2017, she has been dedicated to heat-not-burn(HNB) product design, playing a key role in bringing JOUZ from concept to market.
Following her success at JOUZ, she continued to lead heating device product development for global tobacco companies. Her expertise spans user insights, market research, product planning and product management.
